Vegan Vietnamese. Fantastic! Another reason to love Los Angeles. Vinh Loi-Tofu is in a strip mall. What it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in delicious food and all kinds of really good, mock tofu meat. I wish it was just down the street from me.
